Do one of the following to insert the contents of the Windows Clipboard into the active document or workspace:
Click the paste icon (clipboard and paper) on the Standard toolbar.
Choose Edit > Paste.
Choose Paste from the Drawing Area pop-up menu.
Press Ctrl+V.
