Freehand Tool
Choose the Freehand tool 
(by default on the Main and Graphics sections of the Drawing toolbar) to draw a completely freehand shape
on the screen.
A hit box is created every time the line changes orientation to allow editing.
To edit the line or shape, right click on points, segments or steering points to open pop-up menus:

Right click on a point using either the Freehand or the Shape Edit tool. |

Right click on a segment using either the Freehand or the Shape Edit tool. |

|
Right click on a steering point using either the Freehand or the Shape Edit tool. |
