Free Rotation Tool
Do one of the following to freely rotate a selected object or objects:

Click the Free Rotation tool
(by default on the Edit section of the Drawing toolbar). -
Choose Arrange > Free Rotate.

Double click the object.
Rotation handles appear. Drag them to rotate the object to the desired position.
