Import Structure

Do one of the following to display a structure in the ReportIt application's drawing area:

• Choose File > Import Structure.

• Choose Import > Structure from the Drawing Area pop-up menu.

• Select the Object Placeholder tool on the Standard toolbar and drag in the drawing area until the placeholder is the correct size. When you release the mouse button, select either Empty Structure or Import Structure from the Object Placeholder pop-up menu.
  
  
  
  If you choose Empty Structure, a placeholder is created. You can transfer a structure into this space from another KnowItAll Informatics System application.

After you add a structure, you can double click it to open the Structure toolbar.
